In 2022, Solomon teamed up with Oliver Agency to launch an in-house creative hub at Johnson & Johnson's headquarters, dedicated to serving Neutrogena's visual needs. Solomon spearheaded a wide range of creative projects including social and e-comm assets to OOH and retail banners.

He specialized in blending polished studio content with User-Generated Content (UGC), ensuring Neutrogena's visuals resonated with audiences across various platforms.
